Formal Education
As a counselor, I am dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where adults, teens, and married couples feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe deeply in each individual's potential for growth, healing, and transformation, and I strive to empower my clients through meaningful exploration, compassionate understanding, and practical skill-building.
Philosophy and Techniques
I tailor my approach that aligns with the unique needs and worldview of each client. My counseling integrates elements of the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment- Based Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I recognize that past experiences significantly influence our present dynamics, relationships, and individual well-being. My goal is to help clients identify and navigate these patterns, develop effective communication skills, clearly express their needs, and engage in empathetic listening. Whether working with individuals facing personal challenges, teens navigating their identities, or couples aiming to strengthen their relationships, I actively collaborate with my clients, encouraging them to take ownership of their goals and participate fully in their healing process. Additionally, I am open to integrating spiritual principles and faith-based approaches into counseling sessions if this aligns with my client's preferences and beliefs.
Fees
My current fee for services is $110 per session (individual) or $120 per session (for two or more people).
